Change log:
1) Added use of windows clipboard, only for transponders.
2) Added multiselect option, only for transponders.
3) Added option to display documentation from the program menu.
4) Fixed detection of disabled transponder.
The word "transponder" can already be used in the comment.
5) Fix other minor bugs.
